Welcome
Foothills Veterans Helping Veterans (FVHV) is a group of volunteer men and women dedicated to helping veterans and their families throughout the foothills of western North Carolina.
We believe no one who has served our country should be needy or homeless.
FVHV is a non-profit (501c3) and has been working to help veterans in the area since 2011.
We partner with many groups and have received donations from many others in an effort to empower veterans and their families to become independent with dignity.
Below are just a few areas where we assist veterans to build better lives:
Housing
Healthcare
Dental Health
Employment
